Success #1 – I did five consecutive days at the YMCA, alternating cardio/weights and swimming. This is a big deal for me.
Success #2 – I lost 5 lbs!!! I was hoping for 1-2 lbs, but I’ll take it! Weight Watchers aims for 1-2 lbs per week, which is the recommended rate of safe weight loss. I’m not too worried, though. In the past I’ve dropped 4-5 lbs the first week, then 1-2 lbs per week after that.
The trick is to stick with it.
